ABOUT US

We are a super relaxed, easy-going Japanese couple living in Lima.
Just moved here in July 2014.
When lived in Japan, we participated in CS and hosted about 20 people from 13 countries.

Sergio is a consultant, studied and worked in US for many years, speaks good English.
Also worked in Philippines for long, can speak Tagalog as well.
Kanae is a writer, speaks Korean a little.
Now we're learning Spanish.

We like cooking, eating and drinking.
Let's cook together.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I mainly host.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

When we lived in Japan, we hosted a couple from Hong Kong.
After 1 year they started a journey around the world.
And we moved to Lima.
Last year we met them again in Lima.
It's amazing that people from Asia met in the other side of the world!!
CS makes the world small!!

Music, Movies, and Books

Sergio likes Rock music and is a great fan of Grateful Dead.
And is also an enthusiast of NFL, especially The New England Patriots.

Kanae likes Latin music.
Now is learning Cajon, an music instrument of Peru and practicing cabaquinho, a Brazilian Ukulele.

Kanae has a licence of Japanese language teacher.
So Kanae can teach you Japanese and also Japanese cooking.

Sergio has a lot of knowledge on the environmental issue.
