Overview
About Me
I am currently a student in Business School, aiming to work in the luxury hospitality or food industry. For many years I have been passionate about fine dining, hospitality, tourism, and recently have developed a passion for oenology. I can go on and on about how I wish for clients to live a unique experience. For me, a unique experience can be found easily with food or hospitality. One simple dish, or a simple stay can be so rich and diverse in culture, and yet bring one simply back home.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I consider myself to be a person of many culture. I am part Welsh, part Indian, was born and brought up in London but I have spent most of my life in France. Therefore I feel like I belong to many different cultures, and having not been able to travel much in my life, I feel like I owe it to myself to meet the world.
I also have the paradoxal combination where I am extremely shy but also so caring and eager to meet new people and help them.
Interests
Like I said, I have a huge passion for gastronomy and hospitality. When I was a little girl, and still today, with my family we would try as often as possible to visit the best restaurants in every town. Not only to eat, but to see how everything was put together. My parents owned an Indian restaurant also, for 7 years, which made my passion for restaurants grow. I also love cooking, classic French cuisine, but also Indian food and various other. My dream is the eat an authentic meal in every country, because sadly we mainly only have clichés of what the food in other countries are like.
I also have an odd passion for classic Citroën cars. It's a passion I caught from my father.
