About Me

I just moved to Berlin for a job as a manager of a social business. I'm interested in societal, political and economical discussions and enjoy getting to know new cultures, music and food.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I had the chance to get to stay at a few Couchsurfer's places and always had a wonderful time with very interesting conversations. I enjoy getting to know new people who are open-minded and happy to share their stories and I get the feeling that Couchsurfers have that vibe going on for them.

Interests

Traveling of course, to go out with friends, hiking, dancing, reading, inline skating, volleyball, swimming, riding, singing in the shower ;)

Music, Movies, and Books

I Love almost all kind of music, as long as it doesn't go towards an extreme pole.
I love movies that leave you contemplative, such as Artifical Intelligence, extremly loud & incredibly near, movies based on historical happenings, such as the pianist as well as a good thriller/action/adventure movie, as the departed, django unchained
Same thing goes with books, authors i like: Bukowski, Dostojewski, Henry Miller, Dürrenmatt, Hermann Hesse, Stieg Larsson

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

won the argentinian high jump championships...but that was back in 2006, so quite some time ago :(

Teach, Learn, Share

Share and Teach:

I know quite a lot about the functioning of politics, economics and social phenomenons, that I would be more than happy to share with others.

For culinary interested people, I'd be happy to cook and show you how to cook some good Indian, German and Italian dishes.

I wouldn't consider myself an ideal teacher, but I'd be willing to teach you some German, English or Spanish.

Learn: I'd love to learn more Portuguese, get to know the history and culture of new places, be introduced to the nature of places, learn to cook new dishes, etc, etc
