If there is a new experience to be had, I'll most likely be at the front of the line! I am a chef and food scientist/ nutritionist. The last 3 years of study have prompted the need to see more of the world. In every new place I seem to find these amazing stories, laughs and memories that make me more passionate about life. I have been working in a very cosy, social cafe therefore have no issue meeting people and striking up a conversation. Running my own kitchen means that I have to be clean and tidy and organised. As much as adventure is always at the forefront, I will not shy away from a quiet drink and good conversation.
