1. White water rafted the Zambesi River from Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe.

2. Came face to face with a Reef Shark while snorkelling in the Great Barrier Reef, Australia.

3. Climbed the peak of Mt Warning (an extinct volcanic caldera) in Northern NSW, Australia.

4. Cruised the Nile River, Egypt, for a few days on a traditional sailing boat.

5. Enjoyed watching sunsets over the ancient caldera of Santorini, Greece, while having a few beers.
