About Me
CURRENT MISSION
I try to learn something new everyday. I want to wander aimlessly, take spontaneous trips and really just thrust myself into situations that challenge me both physically and mentally.
ABOUT ME
I have a twin as well as an older brother, providing ample opportunity for childhood injuries and moments of stupidity. However I love them to death and see us all having some incredible adventures in the future together. I like many am passionate about traveling and experiencing new cultures. I am becoming a firm believer that unplanned trips can result in some very memorable moments. I guess if I would have to describe myself I would say; laid back, easily fascinated, passionate, absentminded, and eager to learn.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I hosted a guy from Sweden in the fall of last year. He brewed his own beer so we made sure to take him on one of Milwaukee's great brewery tours. He was a great guy and we had a blast hosting him.
Interests
I love the outdoors. Any athletic activity is fine by me. I enjoy cooking and bake my own breads. I appreciate the arts. Essentially anything that is unfamiliar to me intrigues me so my interests are always changing.

Music, Movies, and Books
I like most movies, recently Fantastic Mr. Fox. I listen to any genre of music. I am getting back to the classics after overloading on indie. In my opinion, cooking and homework were meant to be done while listening to jazz. I mostly read non-fiction but do enjoy the occasional novel.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
My friend and I scaled one of China's Five Sacred Mountains during the night, bargained for a 100 Yuan/night room no bigger than a storage closet and awoke at 5:30 a.m along with 2,000 other sleepy tourists to watch one of the most beautiful sun rises I have witnessed.
Teach, Learn, Share
I guess if anybody is ever traveling through China, at least once take an overnight train in hardseats. It is incredibly cheap and the most colorful Chinese will be accompanying you.
