ABOUT ME

As with most of the CS members, I enjoyed travelling a lot. But it wasn't until my work assignment in China which started four years back that I "really" started to travel within this big country for leisure.
Coming from Singapore, a really small country near the equator, it was fasinating to live in a place that has 4 distinctive seasons... I have seen a lot of S.E.Asia & China now, hopefully, I get to see more of the rest of the world...

PHILOSOPHY

Depends really.
I guessed what we do, who we are, are largely dependent on the people/friends we associate with in our daily lives.
I just try to live life as it is...

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

During my month-long assignment in Belgium (End'07), I first couchsurfed in Rotterdam and attending an awesome party that weekend. I then couchsurfed in Berlin and Brussel on the 2nd and 3rd weekend! This couchsurfing experience is truely memorable!

Intereses

Leisure travel when I have the time, otherwise just hang out with friends for coffee, meals.
Before relocating to Shanghai, I used to go to the cinemas for movies pretty often, played bowling, etc...

Música, películas y libros

I tend to listen more to oriental pop music nowadays, since I am living in China afterall...
For movies, I typically appreciate most kind of movies... used to watch movies (Hollywood) often before coming to China but switch more to series now... (Prison break, LOST, 24 hours, HEROES, etc)

Algo increíble que he hecho

To visit the Potala Palace in Tibet, and then travel from Lhasa to Shanghai via rail (> 4300 km) in 49 hours! I realized that this is only one of the many amazing things I could do in life. The world is really big and I could never finish exploring all the amazing stuff in this lifetime!

Just as I hope to experience more about the "actual" and everyday life of the people living in the cities I am visiting, I hope I can share with others more about the places and people from where I come from...
