My mission is to travel and to meet new people. When I get a chance to meet new people I love hearing about their lives and experiences.

I'm a nice girl with a good sense of humor. I love good conversations and friendly debates and I'm always up to play games (video or board). I love to cook and I really love to eat and I like to learn about other cultures and study different languages.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm excited to meet new people and to be hosted. I don't have my own place right now or I would definitely host. But I plan to do just that when I'm able to.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I'm new to couch surfing. I tried it a once and had a great experience with nice people.

Interests

I would consider myself a Foodie. I have traveled to about 25 countries in the last 3 years. I'm a budget traveler and try to have a great experience without paying a ton for it, but I do splurge sometimes.

I love listening to NPR - mostly the Moth story hour (because I'm a story teller myself), Science Friday, Car Talk, This American Life and Snap Judgement.

I'm interested in learning about other cultures and how people live. A lot of funny things happen to me and I like to share my experiences with others. I'm a blogger as well.

Music, Movies, and Books

I listen to nearly all types of music except anything that has banjos playing in the background. I really like memoirs and I'm currently writing my own. I'm also a Potter fan (Ravenclaw House) and I like fictional book series.

I normally watch way too much tv, but these days I've been trying to write more. I'm a fan of documentaries, RHOA, HGTV and anything cooking related.

Gotta say that I like Marvel better than DC comics, and I'm very excited about the movies they have coming up.

Sailormoon fan for life.

I will probably watch any Korean Drama you turn on lol.

I helped with Hurricane Katrina clean up efforts.
