What I Can Share with Hosts

I am with my family (parents ) about an hour from Capital Kathmandu,
Since a devastating Earthquake 2015 we are in a Shelter 😉, but still have a space for guest ,about a food as in Tradation can simply offer a Dal Bhat )Nepalise national meal and others ..
According to my time I might not able to host , when i am on the trip !! in that case have to say SorrY 😙 , anyway welcome Nepal
