I'm Ilaria, i'm from Rome and I'm currently living here. I spent the last four years living in Amsterdam where I was working in restaurants.
I'm a chef, I love cooking for people and learn from them everything I can, traditional cuisine is always interesting and important to know, it's in a way where we come from.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

i'm on couchsurfing because I love travelling, these years abroad let me discover how funny and interesting is to visit places with people from that specif place, finding special and secret spots where tourists don't arrive. Even more is a good way to save money when travelling and obviously meet new people from all over the world, hopefully make some friends too.
