ABOUT ME

Canadian girl from Vancouver, BC. Currently traveling with my boyfriend, Daniel, 30, from Spain.

We are both keen travelers and happy to meet new people. We are both super friendly, easy going, and open-minded people with big hearts. I'm kind of geeky, but in a lovable sort of way ;) I have not yet met someone who does not like Daniel, he has quite a way with people. He's one of those people who is everyone's best friend. I have no doubt you'll enjoy talking to him. We are both also strong nature lovers. I have a background in environmental science, and Daniel has an education in technical forestry.

Like most, I am looking to meet new people, gain interesting experiences, and learn more about the world.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have been to one meeting. I have surfed twice (once in Ghent, Belgium and once in Vienna, Austria). I have also met up with two surfers, one in Aarhus, Denmark, and another in Ghent, Belgium (I tried folk dancing for the first time! It was delightful!)

Intereses

I enjoy outdoor related activities, but I'll also not turn down a good museum or art gallery.
I am by no means a talented photographer but I enjoy taking pictures. I also like to draw.
I dabble a bit with snowboarding and yoga. I also play soccer back home.

Música, películas y libros

Favourite Movie: It's a tie between "Wall-E" and "Up!" :)

Music: Folky alternative rocky sounds mostly. But can listen and get into most genres - mood depending ;)

Book Currently Reading: "Good Omens" by Neil Gaiman and Terry Pratchett. It's very entertaining! I like humorus books :)

Algo increíble que he hecho

I snorkeled with a whale shark when I was in Belize for a field school WHILE I was horrifically sea sick.
