ABOUT ME

We are are couple that met while travelling in Europe and decided to move to Sydney in July 2013. Kara is Australian & Jeremy is French.

Since then we have missed travelling and would like to welcome some travellers into our home, to repay the kindness we saw from Couch Surfing hosts around the world.

We are happy and energetic people that loves to meet new people and travel (surprise!)

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

We are happy to welcome honest travellers. As we both work fulltime, weekends are best if you would like to go exploring.

Please do not request to stay more than a few days and we prefer couch surfers that are energetic, like a chat and have plans to explore rather than sit around the home all weekend.

If anyone would like to meet up and practice their English or French with either of us, just let us know :)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Kara has stayed with 3 hosts so far (Berlin, Sweden & Estonia) and had a blast!

Jeremy has been a host in Bayonne, France.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

1. Trekking into Macchu Picchu in Peru - the orchids on the trip were amazing and the site was sacred and spectacular
2. Hearing a barbershop quartet randomly start singing outside my boat cabin window at midnight, Croatia
3. The Graffiti in Berlin makes me want to be an artist!

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach in fields related to SEO and digital marketing but it´s an industry I´m finding myself moving away from. I would like to teach English in a few different countries and eventually work with an Australian embassy somewhere! One day I hope to help out with Immigration for people wanting to move to Australia but have no idea how to get started. I´m interested in exploring my Spirituality too, so let me know about your beliefs!
