ABOUT ME

I am currently on my second exchange (as part of a double degree in law and psychology) in Eugene, Oregon. Right now though I am on summer holidays and have a crazy few months planned before I head back for fall semester.

I also did an exchange in Holland in 2008 which was amazing! Beautiful! I traveled Europe for 6 months after that and I just can't wait to go back.

I love to travel, meet new people, do new things. Involve myself in a variety of atmospheres and environments. I love to go out and party mainly to house/dubstep or chill to indy rock. I adore market places and thrift stores, food halls and quirky areas alike. Not as outdoorsey as I'd like but definitely want to do more adventure stuff over the next months! Heading to South America so that shouldn't be a problem!!

I'm pretty easy going and get a long well with pretty much anyone - except racists, biggots and narrow minded. Quite liberal for my Catholic upbringing but I think life is one big learning curve which I am only just beginning!

You only live once. Never regret anything you do. If you made a shit decision just learn from it.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am very new to this indeed!! I'd be happy to have people stay with me when I get back to Oregon in the fall!! Or even when I'm back home in Aus...although I have no idea when that will be!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

None as of yet...but I want to try! A lot of my good friends have been involved!

Interests

Everything...literally.

I love to try new things and experience the world of others! I am one to do anything once, but if I don't like it I won't do it again...many foods fall into that category! Quail yolk and cavier sushi for instance!

I love to go out and solizlae, clubs and pubs alike. I love to shop, markets, antiguw stores, thrift shops, food halls you name it. I love nature and the utter beauty of some places, lakes, waterfalls, alps. Regardless, deep down I am a city girl and I think I always will be!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Sailing the greek Islands was pretty dam amazing! As was hitchhicking from a music fesitval in Glastonbury to London...I've done a few crazy things in my time!

Never look back.

If you get the opportunity to travel do it. What you will learn in a year of travel, about yourself, those around you and what is truly important counters a year of study or work anyway. We have the rest of our lives to grow up, so enjoy it now.
