I'm a graduate student in Biochemistry, often in the lab but otherwise keen on travel, philosophy of life and an active way of life.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

My first experience with CS was a solo trip to the Netherlands and I met some amazing hosts who told me about their area and showed me a different, more personal side to their culture.

My opportunities for travel are fairly limited at the moment, so now I am hosting. While an introvert by nature, I enjoy meeting new people and exchanging experiences.

Interests

I like an active way of life and explore a variety of interests. I've tried a number of hobbies and for years was a keen dancer, mostly exploring tango and dabbling in salsa, bachata and forró. Currently I've returned to running and started practicing martial arts. Next month... who knows?
