I am an Egyptian who was born in Egypt, lived some years in Saudi Arabia til I finished my High school 'cause of my father's work. I earned my Bachelor degree in Biomedical Engineering at Cairo University, Egypt, and now I am continuing my education journey theough pursuing a Master degree in Information Technology at the University of Stuttgart, Germany.

About my personal life, I have 2 sisters and one brother, all younger than me. My parents and siblings all live in Egypt at the current moment. I have many uncles and cousins, but only one aunt. I have a lot of friends back home, and many international ones as well.

About my passion, I have always wanted to be a Pilot. And while that passion remains withheld as it is 'cause I cannot afford it just yet, it will always be my ultimate dream. Hopefully, one day, I will be able to fulfill it.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm so excited to get along with people from a culture completely different than mine! It has always been a passion to socialize and make friends from all around the globe. For me, traveling is not just about exploring, it’s more about the people I meet and deal with. I love to create connections, live the locals' experience, and blend within the culture. I also do not like to be treated as a tourist, and Couchsurfing offers a great opportunity achieving this.

Interests

I'm a huge fan of Rock & Metal music. Had my own Rock band once before I moved to Germany. We called ourselves "Crimson Pathway", and used to compose our own music. However, I do like music generally, I love to dance, I appreciate good music, and tend to create my own unique taste.

Travel, holy cow, I LOVE IT! Although I haven't been able to experience it much through out my life due to some circumstances, it will always be my greatest source of excitement, and I would take every opportunity to travel and live new experiences.

I love food from different countries, but my favorite by far remains the Indian and Italian cuisines.

Sports I admire, generally. But when talking about extreme ones, that's a whole new level! Although I haven't been practicing much for a while - due to lack of time, energy, and a bit of laziness - Parkour, Freerunning, Hiking, Climbing, Martial Arts, are all things I get easily driven crazy with.

Music, Movies, and Books

The closest music genres to my ears are Rock and Metal. But, generally, I listen to all kinds of music, especially the ones that hype me up!

Movies, it always depends on my mood. And I don't think I have a specific favourite type. I just recognise a good movie when I watch one.

Books, I like to read about religion, theology, philosophy, and some social sciences.
