Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I live as a happy single in a so-called 'kangooroo' house , a combination of 2 appartments, with 2 bed- and bathrooms.
The village Wambeek (in Ternat) is near the city life of Brussels, but offers the quiet beauty of the region 'Pajottenland' where Pieter Brueghel loved to wander and make paintings.
Why on Couchsurfing? Well, friends and trekkers can stay over for some time. The kitchen is to be used in common, the shower as well.
There's no real garden, but I made a cosy green corner on the spacious old parking lot, to sit in the sun & have a BBq. or even play pétanque -;)
