ABOUT ME

I am a german girl and I have traveled around the world together with a friend after we finshed school. We decided to sign up here because we find it interesting to meet new people and to make friends all over the world :)

I want to explore as much as I can and learn as much as I can. During the 10 months of travelling we learned surfing in South Africa and immediately fell in love with it. Later we got to know the Maori culture, we found out how it is when you live in a huge country and we learnt kiwi picking and many other things. I want to explore much more and in my opinion it's always better when you meet nice people who know what they are talking about, or at least seem like it :D
Furthermore I love food and music and dancing, think that's important to say :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

as we were traveling round the world we stayed with some couchsurfers because it's always cool to meet local people..back in Germany now I definitely want to host people as well!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Surfed a couch in South Africa and another one in Seattle and definitely enjoyed it! It's so cool meeting new and different people and to live with them for a few days. After that I surfed a couch in Visby in Sweden, which was super nice, having beers with real swedes ;) and enjoying the beatiful city of Visby. Another experience was in Frankfurt, which was good as well, she told us a lot about pathfinders and living with a lovely dog. I couchsurfed in the netherlands as well and hosted a super interesting bunch of people at my shared flat in Trier.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

South Africa! Coffee Bay...feels like in paradise.I'm sure it actually is.

New Zealand! Hobbiton...I've been a hobbit for a couple of hours :D loved it!

Teach, Learn, Share

I love to share my stories and listen to other people's stories and experiences. I would like to learn about different backgrounds and even systems in which you grew up in or live in. I think by listening and learning from each other we can chance the world and make it an even better place.
