ABOUT ME

I never know what to include in 'about me's but here goes:

Hey you, I guess you can say I've caught the travel bug from my university days. My favourite thing about travelling is the fact that you get to experience different cultures and also meet people with various cultural backgrounds. I am also a massive foodie. To me, food is an integral part of every culture and really does reflect the society its from. I love tasting the different kinds of food and will be open to trying new kinds of food.

I enjoy doing sports (all about them cardio) and spending time outside. I am not a big party person though I do enjoy a good night out every now and then. I'm pretty clean as a person so you dont have to worry that I'll cause a huge mess for you to clean up after if I do stay with you. I have a sense of humour (though whether or not its good, thats up for you to decide). I'm pretty enthusiastic as a person and always up for stuff (provided that they're not TOO life threatening xD)

I welcome experiences. To me life is about experience, whether or not it be good or bad, its always something to gain and it offers you a different outlook on life.

As I am back in my country, I plan to offer a good tour experience to fellow backpackers and couchsurfers at a reasonable and affordable price. Do hit me up if you want a personalised tour around Brunei- Muara district.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm constantly looking to expand my horizons and push my boundaries. I have stayed in hostels and airbnbs and have enjoyed meeting fellow travellers and talking to them. Couchsurfing seems to combine both meeting new people as well as people who know about the area/ local culture, that I am quite intrigued by. I have always wanted to be more than just a mere tourist. I feel that Couchsurfing offers that pathway to experiencing a country as if you actually live there.

Teach, Learn, Share

TEACH

Well, if you have an interest in something that I can teach, then I am more than happy to teach ya. But I guess to start off, I can teach you some of the languages I can speak, local dishes I can cook (I'm no chef but I can certainly whip up something edible that wont send you to A&E)

LEARN

I'm a pretty talkative person and love to learn new words from languages foreign to me. I like learning so I'm pretty much open to anything that peaks my interest.
