I'm lucky enough to have done so many cooks things. I work for the U.S. Antarctic Program and have spent over 1000 days in Antarctica, most of that in the Antarctic winter. I’ve been to all 7 continents. I've been bitten by a shark, almost swallowed by a whale shark, woke up in a room to find a snake coming out of the wall, been rescued by descendants of Vikings, and once had a monkey jump on my head and rip my glasses off my face.
