ABOUT ME

Fresh out of University, I am now living and working in Maliana in Timor Leste for a while and am loving the experience immensely!

I am hanging out to travel and see more of the world. I love experiencing new things and finding new adventures. Timor is teaching me to be more open to new experiences and how to go with the flow more.
I am pretty easy going and love meeting new people; chatting to them and learning their stories.

I am more of a night owl than a morning person, I love food with lots of flavour (unfortunately not something Timor does well) and learning new things!

Things always work out in the end. If they haven't, it's just not the end yet!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

This is the first time I have been out of Australia but I am definitely hoping to get out and travel a lot more over the coming years. Hopefully first to Europe then who knows where I will end up.

Living here has taught me that it's the people that make a place, and I love that I get to work so closely with the local community. CS seems like a fantastic way to really get to know the people in a country, rather than just see the sights, which sounds like a fantastic idea to me :D

If anyone happens to be in Timor or the Maliana area I would love to meet with you and hear all about your travels and tell you what I have learnt so far! I may even have a bed available too, depending on the time.

Movies - mostly comedies or a good docco

Books - I usually end up spending my time reading articles and reports rather than books!
