CURRENT MISSION
Saving for the next adventure
ABOUT ME
I love animals (fluffy ones mostly, but also the ones with fins or flippers!) and prefer the country to the city. Can't wait to see more of the world, hoping to work in Canada for a couple of years from 2013.
PHILOSOPHY
I attempt to enjoy as much of life as possible every day, I get bored easily and whilst some days need to be slow moving I can't sit around doing very little for 2 days in a row!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I've couchsurfed in a few countries in Europe but I'm home at the moment trying to save up for the next overseas trip. Hosting other couchsurfers is my way of repaying the favour from when I was travelling (and also a way to keep travelling while I'm staying at home!)
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I've had an amazing time meeting great people and doing things I never would have been able to experience without couchsurfing. I hope to be able to return the favour for the people I host
Interests
I love camping, road-trips, drinks with friends, games nights, jigsaw puzzles, horse-riding, skiing, yoga, outdoor activities and most sports. I also really appreciate being able to do bugger all after a great night out or just sitting back enjoying the scenery in new places.

Music, Movies, and Books
Love most music but really enjoy Aussie hip-hop and new music. Really enjoy music festivals.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I'm not sure how to pick just one amazing thing! Diving the Great Barrier Reef would be up there, but swimming with whale sharks and Manta Rays is another, as is camping near waterfalls in Karijini national park, skiing Whistler or watching the sun set on top of a Mexican pyramid. But I guess one of my favourite experiences would have to be playing cards with a bunch of strangers who all spoke different languages in a dodgy backpackers in a small town in the middle of Mexico - somehow we all managed to communicate even though there were about 5 different languages amongst the 8 of us! A recent hiking trip through mountains in France is definitely also one of my most memorable, toughest and amazing experiences.
