CURRENT MISSION

ABOUT ME
Well Neer (my husband) and I are in our late twenties/ early thirties - met at university in Manchester (North West England) and have been married since 2008.
With our colourful backgrounds, we love nothing more than exploring life outside our front door.
Neer was born and bred in London, across the road from the world-famous Wembley Stadium. His parents however, were born and raised in East Africa (Kenya and Tanzania), with Indian ancestry.
I, Karen, was born in Los Andes - a sleepy, idyllic, Andean village in the heart of Chile. With my Chilean Mother and British Father, I moved to the UK when I was 8 and have lived there ever since.
We decided, after years of working in Central London´s rat race to see what else life has to offer and vowed to explore new cultures before settling down and having children etc etc...
We´re both experienced travellers, so decided a year would give us enough time to see our two ancestral regions: Latin America and Asia.
In May 2010, we waved goodbye to our loved ones and set off on our jouney to discover the gems of Latin America for 6 months and Asia for the latter 6 months.
PHILOSOPHY
Lao Tsu summarised it best when he said "be still like a mountain and flow like a great river."
