At the age of 5, I was sure I would be the 1st woman to walk on the moon. I watched tirelessly the VHS of man's arrival in space and practiced my future steps. At 8, frustrated with my recent career as a teddy bear's teacher, I was determined to become an internationally renowned cartoonist. Somewhere between the volleyball championships, salsa dancing lessons, trying to learn German with a Finnish teacher and my degree in Advertising & Marketing, I became a full-time-smth-addicted-to-travel.

Being half scottish and half brazilian, I spent a good period of my life in a transatlantic journey hearing "Tea or coffee?". OR NOT! Hence, my sincere adoration for check-ins, conversations at immigration and flicking through my passport. It was probably during this period that I concluded that I have an uncontrollable fascination for ALL that is weird. [/ UNLOCK YOUR IMAGINATION]

Por que estou no Couchsurfing?

Absolutely LOVE to travel and there is no way better to get to know places than hosting and surfing.

Unfortunately, due to my atypical mental condition, I recently decided to leave everything I know (including my beloved job) and backpack through the world for a few years. So unless you agree to join me as a nomadic, it'll be a while till I can host you at a proper dwelling-couch-place. =(

Músicas, Filmes e Livros

I love books. Especially those that make no sense or need a notebook so I do not get lost. I read the Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy collection 7 times and have secretly wished to have in my ears the strangest creature of life, the universe and everything else, the Babel Fish.

I'm absolutely mad about music: jazz, blues, reggae, world... whatever sounds good to my ears and fill-up my eyes with tears. I believe life has its own soundtrack and the fun is to explore and dance frenetically.

And whom on earth doesn't enjoy movies??? I adore watching good movies with interesting characters, especially if they make you laugh. Pulp Ficton, Life of Brian, Food Inc., etc.
