About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Challenge myself & Experience as much as possible!
Recently uprooted my everyday life in Copenhagen, Denmark, to move closer to my retired parents in Pampanga, Philippines.
Landed a job in Tagbilaran City, Bohol, so I can meet up with other people as they visit the island.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I think the concept is a great way to meet people from around the world and share cultures. And it also shows how kind and generous fellow travellers are to open up their homes and time to others.
Interests
The first time I was on an airplane was on a long-haul flight when I was 18 months old. And I have had an itch for travelling ever since! I also enjoy languages and other cultures, which I think is a natural extension of travelling.
Like so many others, I am a wannabe photographer. I like taking scenic photos of nature (read: chasing sunsets) and buildings, where I will probably play around with composition. Otherwise, I have a pretty decent eye-hand coordination, which is handy in most sports. I have played a lot of less popular sports (at least in Denmark) such as softball and bowling.

Music, Movies, and Books
My Spotify gets me, and will shuffle it all up so I can enjoy the new, the popular and the old goodies.
When it comes to movies, some I have watched over and over again (without getting sick of them) are Pitch Perfect (1&2), She's the man, and Eurotrip - yup, I mostly like easy-to-watch rom-coms! But also do a lot of 90s classics movie nights with my friends.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I volunteered on a disaster relief project in the Philippines after typhoon Haiyan hit in 2013. It was amazing to meet so many wonderful people, both locals and other volunteers. It still stands as the best decision and experience in my life!
Teach, Learn, Share
I'm okay with languages, so if you want to practice your English or learn how to talk with a potato in your mouth (aka speak Danish) I might be useful.
At the moment I really want to learn how to surf and speak tagalog!
I can share travel stories about the places I have been, laughter and kindness.
What I Can Share with Hosts
Besides the travel stories, my easygoing personality enjoys being social and laughing. I can offer good companionship when exploring your neck of the woods and good sense of direction!
I'm pretty low maintenance, but energy might run low if not feed regularly 😜
