About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To visit at least 2 states & country a year with my family in tow

ABOUT ME

I am married, mother of 1 child who enjoys living life, trying new things and seeing new places. My husband and I share the same passion to meet new and interesting people and to educate our daughter with life experiences, traveling gives us the opportunity to learn beyond a class/text book setting.

PHILOSOPHY

Time is the most valuable thing everyone has to offer.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have yet to participate in couch surfing and look forward to seeing how well my daughter and I fair on our first voyage.

Interests

I like creating things with my hand and enjoy sewing, scrap booking, knitting, needlepoint, etc. I also enjoy reading books and watching thought provoking movies and documentaries. I am afraid I am not very good at detailing ALL my interest, as they are so vast and varies from year to year :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Amazing thing done or seen? This is tough to answer, as what constitutes as being amazing is dependent on the individual who experienced it. Here goes: Getting married to my soul mate, Backpacking in Scotland seeing a neolithic village in Skara Brae, Labor pains during childbirth, harvesting and eating something I planted from a tiny seed, my first hot air balloon ride, the beautiful landscape of winter in the North, knowing what my purpose in this life is.

Teach, Learn, Share

All types, but especially the ones who are plain spoken and enjoy conversing with an open mind, open ear and thoughtful heart.
