About Me
ABOUT ME
Toronto born and raised, I'm proud to live in a beautiful, livable city and love any opportunity to share it with visitors. I'm a filmmaker and an urban enthusiast. I love reading, walking and biking around town as much as possible.
PHILOSOPHY
My general view of life and the world is to expect the best out of people and assume that they motivate their actions with good will and conviction. I try as hard as I can to hold myself to an equally high standard.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I am currently living and working at home in Toronto and am interested in hosting CouchSurfers whenever possible. I share an apartment with my boyfriend, so respecting our shared space is a priority for me. With notice, both of us are totally excited about and receptive to hosting for short-term stays.
I also view hosting as an opportunity to share my love for the city I live in with visitors from other places. If you're interested, I'd love to go for a walk with you and explore it.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Staying in hostels is a great way to meet other travellers, but couchsurfing is a far better way of getting to know how a city/town/community is lived in. When I visit a place, I want to learn as much as I can about it and in my experience thus far, surfing is the best way to do so. CouchSurfing is all about trust and curiosity.
