HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm looking forward to surfing, and hosting whenever I start having a couch or my own space.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Just starting out in this, but my family has hosted numerous family friends over the years, so I've gotten pretty good at giving Toronto tours. I've stayed with a couple friends and friends of friends, and it's always been the best treatment one can get.

Travel (obviously), culture, languages, genetics, medicine and health care, babies (but in an anatomical, medical way, as well as the girlie way), mental health problems and alternative therapies, open water, places I'm not allowed to see (like inside Mecca), elephants, creatures that don't exist where I grew up (less so with the deadly ones), religions, what makes people believe and what it is that they believe, and family, of course.

Une aventure extraordinaire que j'ai vécue

Delivered a baby from a C-section while volunteering in a hospital in Nicaragua (didn't cut, just collected the baby and then took all the required stats and things). I cut the cord, made sure she had clear air passages, weighed her, measured her, gave her her first shot. I was the first person to hold her, calm her, and get peed on by her. Wouldn't change a thing.
