Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Up until recently I had never traveled abroad mostly due to how expensive it is, and how overwhelming it was any time I tried to plan a trip. But I finally experienced my first abroad trip that I took solo, and I am hooked! :) I want to see the world and have been looking for ways to do so more affordably and to expand my community network at the same time.

I have also recently done a couple of house / pet sits in the US for families in other states, which allows me to travel more affordably and provide a service to the homeowners/pet parents at the same time.
