CURRENT MISSION

My current mission is to explore world while I am young and have nothing tying me down. After working for several years, I have decided to go back to school and in between try to fit some travel in...here's to an adventure!

ABOUT ME

Hi, my name is Kari. I grew up in Wisconsin, but have also lived a year in Germany, 5 months on the island of Mallorca, Spain, and a month in Taiwan.

Like most of you, I have a passion for travel. I've been to France, Netherlands, Spain, Germany, Czech Republic, England, Ireland, Denmark, Austria, Poland, Slovakia, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Cambodia, South Korea, Thailand, Dubai, and Iran. I am always looking for new places to explore.....just when I think I am ready to settle somewhere for a bit I get that travel itch...

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have couch surfed throughout Europe and made wonderful memories that could not have been lived without CS. My hosts were amazing! I could not have asked for better experiences.

I am open to try almost anything at least once.

Music, Movies, and Books

When it comes to music I will listen to almost anything...but rock is where my ear tends to lean....Books, I love to read, give me a book and i'll generally find something I like about it ...Movies, I tend to lead towards dramas and love stories...I'm an eternal optimist ;)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have whitewater rafted in northern Georgia...what a rush!! Traveled to 13 countries in 3 continents in 2008.
