I try to play outside as much as possible. I work at the Canadian Avalanche Association. I love to ski, bike, canoe, cook, dance, laugh, wear costumes, and go on adventures.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Some of my good friends have been former surfers on friends' couches. It's wonderful to have a community of people you can trust and appreciate right away.

Music, Movies, and Books

I've got a Masters degree in literature, so I love reading books. Life isn't complete without a bookshelf to choose from. At our house we always have a great variety of magazines: the Economist, the Walrus, Freeskier, Kootenay Mountain Culture, and any number of bike and ski mags.

I love listening to music. I have a deep reverence for house music, but I'm pretty happy grooving to anything that's on, from bluegrass to reggae to gospel and funk to indie rock to electroswing.
