Hi there! I am Karin from Austria, currently travelling around Bolivia. Im studying botany in Vienna, so u will mostly find me where ever there are plants :) exploring nature, forests, mountains, etc.,.

I love making new experiences and exploring what beautiful suprises and moments life has to offer. I like to be active, but at the same time can spend hours just observing nature and life and contemplating its beauty. I try living in the present moment and cultivating joy within me.

I like spending time outdoors and all kind of outdoor activities like hiking, skiing, snorkeling and kajaking. I read a lot (mostly spiritual topics but I also like a good novel) and love good music - especially in combination with my hammock :D I also like being creative and try out new things, f.e. i make lamps out of pumpkins and built some of my furniture myself.

I really like the opportunity to meet people from different cultural backgrounds; especially when travelling I enjoy staying with locals because it offers me the possibility to see the city or country Im travelling in through their eyes. Every couchsurfing experience I had so far was so wonderful! I met so many nice people, had interesting conversations, learned a lot about the country I was travelling in and shared beautiful moments with my hosts.
