I am leaving the American continent for the very first time exactly one week from the time of writing (woo hoo). I love to travel within my country, and now I'll be doing it very very far from here while I'm an exchange student at KU Leuven, in Belgium.

Edit: Currently in Leuven, Belgium! From a city of 10 million to a town of 90,000!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I want to see more of the world (don't we all?), both at home and abroad. (Also a friend convinced me and said it's totally worth it.)

Interests

I am an aspiring journalist (I think?) and a terrible multitasker. I like way too many things, but currently my free time is spent reading and studying, as well as trying to get out for an occasional run. (I've signed up for a 21km, so I better start training). I also love painting and sketching landscapes.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Walked for an hour barefoot to the top of a dune, had a picnic in the sand, admired the view of nothing but sea and desert for miles on end, then ran back down at full speed. Traveled by car where no other car has traveled before in the Amazon rainforest. Touched snow for the very first time.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach Peruvian cuisine, some baking, watercolor painting, and my grandma says I can fix a computer like a pro.
