Overview
About Me
I just graduated from college and like everyone else on this site, I truly belive that traveling is my calling. I am fundamentally a curious person and often find myself deep in cyberspace looking at random points of interest - food, travel, mountains, animals, random facts, and of course my kryptonite political memes (so guilty!)
I love discussing heavy issues like social issues BUT I know when those discussions are unwanted and never try to shove that in anyone's face. I am a chameleon in the sense that I adapt to those around me, I am incredibly intuitive and great at making others feel included and welcomed.
Foodie alert! I love food and find the chemical reactions it has in our body fascinating. Although I am vegan for health reasons, I try local cuisines that are often not. I feel that food is such an important expression of a culture, it would be crazy to miss our on such an experience.
In a nutshell, I am a warm-hearted person who speaks her mind. I am adventurous, and although I love to make plans I welcome spontaneity. I make those around me feel included and comfortable and I would love to make life long memories in your city or in mine.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I often avoid the "touristy" attractions, I like to think I create my own path. Although my path may have yet to be created, I find it to be most rich when it intersects with positive people around me. I believe every person has a lesson to share and story worth listening to. I want intimate experiences with every place I travel and with the people I meet along the way or host. I believe each city has a special light and if I am able to see that through the eyes of someone else I would feel truly blessed. If I am able to show that to guests I would feel truly proud.
