ABOUT ME

I adore teaching yoga & incorporating it into my daily life. I was born & raised in Montana. I love my home. I have lived abroad and have traveled to South America and Europe/Eastern Europe. I love to hike, paddleboard (I taught a few sup yoga classes!), skydive, roadbike, walk my sweet golden retreiver, dance (like no one is watching), & read. I live by my morning americano.
Currently traveling around Oregon in my subaru to seek a future place to live!

PHILOSOPHY

There are plenty of options available for us humans, dont settle for anything less than what your heart desires. keep your eyes open, and dont be afraid to mess up.

I have had a handful of wonderful travelers stay at my house in the states, and Istanbul.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I attended the couch surfing winter camp in Istanbul. the bar was full of lively, eccentric individuals. i am pleased to be involved with this organization. it is a pleasant way to travel to other countries/cities and gain a unique experience-one you couldnt pick up staying at a hotel! Couchsurf!
