Hi everyone. I’m a Canadian, young professional (legal industry).

I am very active and enjoy all things outdoors, hiking, water sports, and, of course, winter sports (I am Canadian after all!), etc. I love trying out new restaurants, cafes, pubs, and have a good time. I love exploring and going on adventures! While loving meeting new people and do the social thing, I also very much cherish my « me » time: yoga, meditation, and reading a good book at the beach will do it for me.

I also have a passion for anything health (true health, not just organic and gluten-free labels 🤪), alternative plant medicines, life/human optimization and overall a strive to understand how to feel like our best selves 🙃

Music, Movies, and Books

I love dancing, so any kind of music with a great beat I love. My favourite type of music right now is tropical house, reggae, soul and instrumental r&b/hip-hop. I enjoy comedy, romance, drama and action movies/tv shows, although I don’t watch tv that much. I enjoy a good book in the park or on the beach (mostly personal growth, spiritual, health, and historical fiction books).

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have studied for 6 months in Australia, 12 years ago, which is what made me discover my love for traveling, and been jumping on any opportunity to do so since then. Currently working half remotely, so I am able to travel a bit while working, which I am planning to take full advantage of 😌
