Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I want to help travelers to feel safe in their stay, because being in another country is not always easy when you just feel so lost! Also, if somebody needs French lessons, I would like so much to help them because I think learning a new language is passionating.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Went to a diner in Santiago de Chile.
Hung out with couchsurfers in Argentina, a Mexican CS in Ottawa and lots of CSs at my friend's place. I also hosted 2 guys in Québec.

Interests

Of course meeting new people from all around the world! I like to talk about politic, history, arts, music, philosophy, share opinions and experiences...oh well lets say I just like to talk!

Music, Movies, and Books

Among my favorite bands: Atmosphere, Portishead, Bonobo, Patrick Watson, IAM, Metric, The Black Keys, Orishas... I listen to pretty much everything and I love to discover new artists or music styles!
My favorite books are:
«L'avalée des avalés» from Réjean Ducharme, 1984 from George Orwell, Siddharta from Herman Hesse.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I saw poverty. You may think it's weird but as an Occidental, it was amazing for me. Few people from occidental countries will live this experience and I consider myself as lucky because it changed my vision of the world.
