About Me
I’m loud and quiet, sometimes shy and sometimes u just wish I would disappear. But mostly I talk way too much.
I like pointless conversations as well as the deep ones.
Laugh at thing that doesn’t make sense. /but I don’t get most of the jokes /
I studied ceramics design in a heart of Europe, little country called Slovakia and after my graduation I've decided to study photography in Prague.
I eventually left the school cause it was much more fun to buy one way ticket to Spain than to study.
I took two gap years and I probably finally figured out what I want from life.
Like not completely I just figured out what I want to study. (and will more likely finish)
I study at university in Bratislava a thing called "central European studies" but I am currently on my Erasmus studies in Krakow.
Basically I just study languages, geography, literature and history.
But I hope to be a tour guide one day after I master polish and german. (seems impossible btw)
I don't eat any animal products or meat a.k.a eggs, milk, cheese etc. So only restaurants I will show you will be vegan, or cook you vegan food /u don't want that Im not the best in cooking/
Ok guys I'm tired of recieving two sentenced messages or guys flirting with me. IM NOT INTERESTED OK
Your message doesn't have to be super personal or anything but be sure that if you write something nice I will always answer you.
My response rate is so low because I simply refuse to answer pointless requests saying just "Hi, can you host me??"
Why should I host you? Do you think we can get along?? I'm not interested to have someone at my place who is just looking for a place.
If you really read my profile, please address me as Kaya not Karin. (you can also call me kaya in real life not karin, cause it's way easier to pronounce for english speakers and not to mess it up. Also it's a nickname my mom calls me)
Another really important thing. Im a poor student please if we buy a bottle, groceries or anything we split the price. I struggle with money myself and I know that a lot of hosts are really generous but those are usually people with well paid jobs and I'm only working at Subway and all of my money goes to traveling.
As a guest I usually don't bring anything unless you require it but I always try to at least buy a bottle of beverage with a thank you note as a small act of thankfulness.
Or I can bring you some vegan candies if you want.
Interests
Travelling, reading books, culture, art, languages, meeting new people and talking a lot
Hitchhiking !!! I love to hitchhike everywhere mostly because I have like 20€ in my pocket but I still want to go to Amsterdam 😅 you get the point
But also because it's a great way to open up your mind about people and get to know locals from a different perspective
