My Name is Karin and I'm 27 years old. I was born in Carinthia (south of Austria), but I now live and work in Innsbruck (Tyrol) as a teacher.

I'm a friendly and open-minded Person, who likes traveling and meeting new people.

Family and friends are very important for me!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I like practising Couchsurfing during my trips to different countries and cities.
My couch is unfortunately in the same room as my bed, so there is no privacy. But I'd like to spend time with people and show them this beautiful city!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I just had good experiences with couchsurfers now. I only made one wierd experience in Vancouver, where I had to share the space with 45 other Couchsurfers on the floor.

Interessen

I practise some sports such as volleyball, swimming, klimbing and hiking.
I spend my spare time with my friends going out or hiking and so on.

When I was 8 I started playing the piano and later also saxophon. These two instruments are still my favorite hobbies. So music is very important to me. I like to listen to classic music as well as modern music.

Musik, Filme und Bücher

In spare time I often read books. I now read "Nombeko", a book about an african woman. My favourite books are: Harry Potter, the hungar games,
the little prince, der Medicus and a lot more.

I like watching series like: breaking bad, the big bang theory, new girl, HIMYM, Game of Thrones, the walking dead...

Some of my favorite films are: the kings speech, the lion king, the intouchables and Inception.
I also like to watch romantic and action films but I hate horrorfilms!!

Lehren, lernen, teilen

I'm good at playing card games like Ligretto, "Watten" or "Schnapsen" (the last two are especially austrian card games). If you want, I can show you how to play.
