About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Survive in the World!

ABOUT ME

After studying Journalism and Literature in my city, I decided I wanted to spend some time in other places different from Buenos Aires. I want to get to know cultures, people, and basically other ways of living, stories and natural environments, which are all things that never stop amazing me. When I travel, besides freedom, I feel an amazing connection with the world and everything that surrounds me, the change of air, the absence of known friends and all things that are familiar to us in our every day routine give me the strength to spend months and months living the incredible experience that is travelling. But the best thing for me is to meet all kinds of people, each one with a different story to tell, experiences, thoughts, feelings.
I´ve been in some places of Europe, Asia, North America and last year I spent 6 months traveling all over Mexico. It was the first time I was for so long in another country and I thought that was the best way to really get to know a place, their people, secrets, and have a very real connection to it.
I love learning something every day, I like to read, to write, to dance, to juggle and my goal in this new adventure that will start in Brazil and will end -well, I have no idea- is to do it by selling macrame bracelets and handcrafts I make. From this trip, I expect nothing and everything at the same time, just open myself to whatever comes in my way, with a very very big smile on my face.

PHILOSOPHY

It´s not the destination, it´s the journey.
Emancipate yourself from mental slavery, none but ourselves can free our mind.
I suppose that´s just the way the cookie crumbles.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

This is the first time I will do CS, but the idea of staying with local people is the perfect way to travel for me. When you are anywhere that is not familiar to you, the best way to relate to the place where you are is definitely by the people that live there. I think that someone that offers a couch in their own house to someone they don´t know is something full of solidarity, good vibe and a way of world connection you couldn´t get otherwise. So even before my first CS experience, I really thank all the community for supporting travelling!

Interests

My interests are... well, a lot. Even things I don´t know, I will be interested in. Music and books are always with me, they give me happiness, photography is another thing I enjoy a lot, art, museums, 420, walking with no destination, music shows. Like the experience of living in the nature, no electricity or facilities we are all used to, juggeling, though I am learning and need someone that knows better and of course, macrame, which I hope to make my way of living throughout the travel. For those who doesn´t know what macrame is, it is handmade braceletes -or anything you can think of- made with threads and the concept is to make nods, different kinds of them, to do things with many colours, shapes and sizes.
