About Me
CURRENT MISSION
See as much of the world and all it has to offer before I start a four-year program in pursuit of a medical degree.
ABOUT ME
Well, I was accepted to medical school, but I knew I didn't want to start quite yet. This previous year, I got the travel bug, and it's definitely hard to get rid of! I love experiencing new things, places, and cultures. I've been off and on the road for a year now, but the longest I've ever been away from home was only 35 days. I'm currently on a seven-month trip throughout Central and South America and Southeast Asia. I definitely fell in love with South America during my visit for the World Cup, so I promised to return, though I didn't think it would be quite this soon!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I'm on my way out of the country until I start medical school in August of 2015, so unfortunately I won't be able to host. But once I return, I will be getting a house with a few friends as I begin school, so I can definitely contribute back to the CS community!
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
My first time couch surfing was in Japan, and it was an amazing experience! The family basically adopted my group and gave us a real cultural experience.
