Overview
About Me
I'm 57 years old, have a lovely wife (as of 5/10/20) that transplanted herself from Vancouver to live all the way here in Snailem Oregon. We love our home and all the little projects that we've done around the place. I am an artist that can't draw just like I am a comedian that butchers the punch line of jokes. I am addicted to music and love seeing shows...

I like to party, love to watch movies and socialize. I have Parkinson's Disease but I try not to let it get me down (but don't be surprised to see me fall down - it happens quite a lot) or stop me from living life because you don't make many new memories just sitting on the couch. I really like the saying live life live and try to make it the way I live my life.
Personally , I am rather strict on hosting people with multiple positive references and a good history. Your profile has to reach out and grab me and make me want to get to know you. That said, I have been known to make exceptions because I know that everyone has to start somewhere, Things about hosting that I prefer are - People from other states or countries that a can learn from their worldliness, a stay of 1 day preferred 2 at max, I would rather host people who are traveling through the area or have a task to do here in Salem - I would rather not be a tour guide and be expected to show you all the wonders of "Snailem" because honestly it's not all that great to me.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I've got a great place with lot's of room, so why not share it. I was born in Snailem Oregon and someday i will die here so that means i am not very worldly or experienced in life other than what Salem has shown me.
