Hi!
since i am completely new on this platform i'll first of all introduce myself.
My name is Karl and i am 21 year old German traveller.
I have so far been living in Sydney for 3 months where i worked and bought my travel partner, my 1998 Ducati Monster M900S.
So far we have covered about 8000k's and there are so many more to come!
I am a open minded and very adventurous guy, my biggest hobbies and passions apart from travelling are (in this order) cars and motorcycles, photography and music.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

If there has been one thing during my travels that i have not liked to much, then that was the fact that in every hostel i stayed in i always met to many other Germans and Europeans which is why i would love to get to know some Aussies and the Aussie culture.
Furthermore i would love to be able to save some money, since buying the bike and keeping it running over many many kilometres has hit my budget quite hard.

I love Tripple J, i wish we had this station back in Germany!
So yeah i like alternative, rock, electronic and also acoustic music.

My favourite movie is "the beach", same goes for the book!
I'll actually take a 2 week trip to Thailand and i will definitely check the Phi Phi islands out where they shot the movie.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Travelling here and buying the bike, driving thousands of kilometres having all i could need on it has probably been the most amazing thing that i've ever done and am doing!!

Teach, Learn, Share

I'd love to teach you something about Photography, i have been into it for years and gathered a lot of knowledge and i also have my gear with me.
Furthermore i could teach you some German or even cook a traditional German dish, i love cooking!
