July, 2022: I started using CS in my first solo trip. I’m amazed by how wonderful this community is. I discovered that there are more good people in the world than bad people. I’ve had amazing experiences with beautiful people. God/Universe/Life bless CS! :)

I started using CS to travel, but I really want to host people also once I settle down, so that this platform can be of benefit by giving and receiving. I’m motivated to continue exploring, meet people, and discover new parts of myself in the process, and perhaps influencing others to do the same.

As a former office employee and beginner clinical psychologist, I'm ready to take big steps in life, still figuring out how, but aiming to make a little space to make my world a better place.

My middle name is Sofía, I love it because it means “wisdom”. I want to learn so much about life… through people, that’s how I see the potential beauty of Couchsurfing. “The more you know, the more you know you don’t know”.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

My favorite experience SO FAR was visiting the Atacama desert in Chile. That place -and its people- was so powerful and special to me, it made me reflect that life is full of unimaginable and unexpected gifts!

After that… I started to get rid of many fears and began to travel alone.

Teach, Learn, Share

I could help people practice Spanish, it's my mother tongue.
I also wouldn’t mind learning other languages and learning to play musical instruments.

As for sharing… I enjoy conversations. I like to chat about people’s anecdotes, life, culture, personal growth, purposes, beautiful places, psychology and spirituality. I’m open-minded so any topic is okay, I always feel like I can learn a little -sometimes a lot- from everyone.
