About Me

CURRENT MISSION

I am out in this world to eat good food, meet good people, see cute animals, be myself, and have nothing stop me.

ABOUT ME

I like having a good time and meeting interesting people from different backgrounds. I asked my friends to help me with this, and they told me to make sure I put down that I am "Karl-ish" and "unique."

PHILOSOPHY

Personal philosophy is this: expect the worst, hope for the best. It'll end up somewhere in the middle most of the time.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am willing to meet people at first and get to know interesting human beings. I will host in the fall when I live in a theme house at school.

Interests

I love rowing, hiking, mountain biking, and sailing. I enjoy working out, especially now as I am an avid crossfitter. I work at a children's clothing store currently, and am a student at a college in Tennessee, where I'll be hosting next year hopefully. I am an economics and Russian double major, debating whether between having a minor in either business or psychology.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: anything alternative, metal, indie. At the same time, I can really listen to anything techno, house, or anything.
Movies: Forest Gump is beautiful.
Books: Perks of Being a Wallflower, Looking for Alaska, The Stranger, Russian literature (all of it practically)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Amazing things I have seen or done. I went to the top of the old World Trade Center on New Years of 2001. I have been to many places, favorite of which is probably Italy.

Teach, Learn, Share

Rubik's cubes? I know a lot of random things. Random facts about random parts of Boston. Random tasks. I am one of those people who can talk about practically anything. Trust me, I know a lot of random facts.

Countries I’ve Visited

Canada, Gibraltar, Italy, Mexico, Portugal, Spain, United Kingdom, United States

Countries I’ve Lived In

United States
