About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Experience life like never before. Over, and over again.

ABOUT ME

I have a passion for the extraordinary, the unexplored. New people and cultures fascinate me. I enjoy traveling (Oh, you too? You don't say..), reading, writing, live music, and not only long days... but weeks at the beach.

PHILOSOPHY

I live my life constantly willing to place myself in other's shoes, wishing I could live a thousand lives, and loving each and every single moment when the birds chirp, the sun sets, and the clock ticks.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I actually came across this site a little too late... a bit after my backpacking trip throughout Europe. However, this is not to say that I didn't do my fair share of couchsurfing there.

A particular experience was in Pamplona, Spain. We got to San Sebastian after traveling all day by train after we left Paris. It was the rainiest day of the month and the locals agreed; aside from the day we arrived, the weather had been beachy. There, we met two amazing girls that were studying there for the Summer through an MIT study abroad program. Long story short, they connected us to one of their friends from MIT that was studying in Pamplona and voila! Couchsurfing.

Psst... Pamplona during the running of the bull, by the way- an experience that must definitely make your bucket list.

Music, Movies, and Books

I am one of those people that really mean it when I say I love all kinds of music. Maybe not all songs, but I am sure that there is at least one song in each genre that I'll like. For the most part, anyways.

I love movies. But not the blockbuster kind of movies with a gazillion special effects and Angelina Jolie (though they are entertaining). I love movies that make me think because they have something to say.

Books. Oh, books. Reading lets me live a thousand different lives, explore a million different worlds. Enough said.

It would be futile to list any of the above, though I could talk about many for hours. To list them would be unfair, and I dare not anger Patterson because I list Marquez.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The running of the bull in Pamplona, Spain.
Tomorrowland in Boom, Belgium.
Sensation White in Amsterdam, Netherlands.
Ibiza.
