I am an open-minded person who tries to live with less prejudice and more acceptance. Organised, not too talkative and meticulous, to name some character traits coming to my mind. Not good at describing myself either, I reckon. Ever since my stay in Ireland I absolutely love the British and the Irish accent. I'm sure most will understand. Also, I try to live more environmentally sustainable - meaning I do trips by bike as often as possible, buy locally grown food, avoid plastic bags, things like that.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love traveling and getting to see new things and places, to meet new interesting people and to learn about other cultures. Couchsurfing allows us to do all of the above on a low budget - perfect solution, right?

Interests

In my free time and apart from traveling of course, I enjoy playing the violin and the piano as well as playing badminton. I also like reading, at the moment especially John Green. When my creativity kicks in I usually go out and take photos or stay inside and write short stories.
Languages are really interesting for me. At the moment, I am learning a bit of Japanese at my University, while also trying improve my English and Spanish.

Music: no real preference, I usually just turn on the radio to get to know new songs. To put some names out there, in total disorder:

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can cook something for and/or with you, although it'll have to be vegetarian. But that's not a limitation at all, believe me. I've got a delicious vegetarian lasagna to offer, or risotto, or a quiche.
Moreover I always like to share my knowledge, for example of languages. Just ask and I'll be happy to teach you some German.
