About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Getting everyone on the planet to jump and scream at the same time

ABOUT ME

All about me is discoverable - if that's even a word. I change with the times. As you live you learn and whether I evolve, naturally from my experiences or make a conscious effort to adapt, my persona branches out in new direction. But theres still that subtle vine of character that remains, the generous spirit that makes us want to give of ourselves and learn from others

PHILOSOPHY

Life's only yours if you live it. Dont let anyone take away your love for/of life. Its yours: you should live it...... yourself

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

My friend told me about this site and I thought what a wonderful way to experience new countries and cultures. I'll try it out; visit a little this summer; then open my home to other travellers.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I'm new to this forum. Actually, my first experience could be this coming week, the 14th of July when I'll be landing in Copenhagen...perhaps, you'll be the one to invite into your home.

Interests

Words. Plain and simple. I love everything you do with them or have them do to you. Contorsionist, philosopher, writer, journalist, poet, songwriter - whatever you do with words; I'll listen.

But I also live outside words, so I party, drink, go out, take trips, etc

Music, Movies, and Books

I love the old guards, Shakespeare et al, but Zadie Smith's White Teeth's a winner. An intelectually stimulating novel whose title could easily have been "much ado about nothing."

When it comes to films - sci fi thats not too pure: I like when it includes some human element; and all others, adventure, drama, action films. But if the truth be told, I can watch any film. For its not really just about the film; its about the conversation that it engenders after the watching

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Visited Cuba! I think it wont ever be the same after Castro dies, so I'm happy I got the chance to see it in its "natural" form.

Teach, Learn, Share

Everything. But Im settling for learning Spanish for the moment, teaching English and sharing my experience as a speaker.

Countries I’ve Visited
