Overview
About Me
I am Karli.
I love to dance. I love to live. I love to be. I love life and I try to love everything. That's difficult though. But I am working on it.
I see life as a big box with lego bricks. So it's on you to build whatever you like! And I want to build something amazing for me and the world. Something big. I don't see what exactly at the moment but I can feel it. It's floating always next to me. I will catch it. I got already a hair, a glimpse, a spark, something.
I don't like the behaviour of being sceptical to oneself's potential. To learn about the potential of human beings is not just interesting but especially inspiring. Use it to empower your life. Think big. And take action on it!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
This is a fucking amazing idea! It has so much potential!
I already had insanely great experiences and I just started. It is always different. And if you want to you can always pillage a lot of lifelessons with every person you are going to meet.
I just love it!
Interests
I really love meditation. I do it every day and combined with a good sweet splatter of psychological knowledge it fuels my understanding of day-to-day issues and myself.
Man! I love to move! To use my body in any way I can. And there is a lot to do and to discover! So dance! Do sports! Go for a walk! Go crazy!
I enjoy creating stuff. Although I am not very experienced and/or skilled in particular handy activities. It still makes me proud to cook a crippled meal x)
I love to watch people. To listen, not what they say but who they are.
Check this out: actualized.org or the corresponding youtube channel. It sounds stupid but this site's content flipped my life upside down and back again. I really regard the person collecting all this knowledge and condensing it into bite sized pieces.

Music, Movies, and Books
my absolute favorites are always different, depending on my mood. But there is a lot of stuff I like. Here is some of them:
Music: Pop/Charts, Bal Folk and a lot of diverse titles - I am too lazy to list them here.
Movies: Amelie, Mr. Nobody, Black Cat White Cat, The Intouchables, Movies from Quentin Tarantino, James Bond movies
Books: Actually I haven't read a lot but I like those ones: Harry Potter(of course), Hermann Hesse(Demian, Narcissus and Goldmund, Siddhartha), Robinson Crusoe, Let Me Tell You by Jorge Bucay
This is the stuff I know. Where is the stuff I don't know and like?
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I can list some things that I have done which some of you might find truly amazing or just absolutely normal.
so first the list for you:
-diving in the red sea(almost died on my first dive because I lost my diving regulator - my teacher saved me...puhh)
-stopped playing computergames from one day to the other (and I played several hours every day for years)
-taking magic mushrooms
But there is the one thing that is important to me:
changing my life and way to think and I am keen on keep doing so
Teach, Learn, Share

-Meditation(it doesn't make sense but it is widely spread in people's minds that you need to learn how to meditate)
-I love concepts and I know some with very practical application. Some people say I am wise for my age so maybe you can tap some of the wisdom ;)

-dancing
