Overview
About Me
I try to travel any chance I get. I recently graduated college and am road tripping to each of the 48 continental states in the U.S. before I start graduate school. I love to meet new people while I am traveling, and have already met some amazing people on my trip! I am a very easygoing and positive person, and am open to pretty much any new experience.
My passion is the ocean. I study marine biology and want to focus on coral reef conservation. I live for anything to do with the great outdoors, especially the ocean. Appreciating and respecting nature is so important.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Some of my favorite memories have been with new friends I've met during my travels. My favorite thing about traveling is spontaneity - you never know who you'll meet or what unexpected adventure will come your way. That's why I like to take advantage of all opportunities to meet new people and try new things. Couchsurfing is the perfect place to connect with locals and fellow travelers.

Music, Movies, and Books
Harry Potter is the best. There are sooo many movies I love that it's hard to pick a list of favorites... Some of my favorite TV shows are Greek, New Girl, How I Met Your Mother, and Supernatural.
My music tastes range from the Beatles to Eminem to Shania Twain... and nearly everything in between!
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I studied abroad in Fiji - the happiest country on earth :)
Teach, Learn, Share
I am an open book. I love to share my passions, philosophies, and experiences. Likewise, I love to hear about other people's life experiences and learn about other cultures.
What I Can Share with Hosts
To start, I can share lots of good conversation, travel tips, a positive attitude, and an open mind.
I can also cook (sometimes) - I make great Spanish rice and guac!
I am always happy to share anything relating to my ocean expertise, random experiences, and hobbies. I learned how to make some great recycling crafts in Costa Rica, so that's always a fun thing to share :)
