ABOUT ME
It took a foreigner to make me realise I should see New Zealand before I left. I̶'̶m̶ ̶n̶o̶w̶ ̶i̶n̶ ̶V̶a̶n̶c̶o̶u̶v̶e̶r̶ ̶C̶a̶n̶a̶d̶a̶ ̶a̶n̶d̶ ̶i̶t̶'̶s̶ ̶q̶u̶i̶t̶e̶ ̶h̶o̶t̶.̶ ̶I̶ ̶w̶o̶u̶l̶d̶ ̶l̶i̶k̶e̶ ̶s̶o̶m̶e̶t̶h̶i̶n̶g̶ ̶t̶o̶ ̶d̶r̶i̶n̶k̶.̶ ̶
Cancel that. I'm in Melbourne now and it's hot here too. I would still like something to drink. Dreams are free.
Listening to peoples conversations on public transport is high on my list of favourites, along with the time of night where you can ride around the suburbs and the smells of peoples dinners cooking is lingering in the streets. Big fan of inorganic collection time.
I like going to gigs, shows, and theatre, though I don't feel like I do it often enough. I think about going back to school a lot. Also if I have enough change for a coffee.
Currently I'm also learning french, so we'll see how that works out.
As my dear friend Louise said..
I have been a member since 2007 and more and more I see forums being "controlled". When I first joined there was very much an anything goes attitude on CS which is one of the things I loved about it. Now it seems that people (and I'm talking globally not Cork specific as I don't know this group or the people in it) want CS to be a certain way and about certain things and if you deviate from that in anyway then you are wrong and should be controlled.
PHILOSOPHY
"The past tempts us, the present confuses us and the future frightens us, and our lives slip away, moment by moment."
Pourquoi je suis sur Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I would like to participate by splitting a pitcher at a mutually convenient location. Is that even participating?
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Notorious couch napper. I slept on Louises couch a few times and some other peoples in Canada and around nz.
Had 15-20 people surf through our giant house in Vancouver but my flatmate was doing all the organising so I'm not really sure what their names were on here
Centres d'intérêt
Learning other languages, seeing things in person, taking photos, drinking tea & eating cake.
Bicycles are okay by me.
Going to the stationary store just to browse.
Bad Haircuts.
Pretending it's a fancy coffee by shaking up the milk bottle.
